Job Descriptions

  • Quality Assurance & Inspection: Ensure HVAC installation work complies with project specifications, applicable standards, safety requirements, and quality expectations.
  • Quality Control Procedures: Develop and implement quality control procedures, monitor construction activities, and ensure quality requirements are met at every stage.
  • Inspection & Testing: Inspect materials, equipment, installation methods, and workmanship; conduct system testing and verification to ensure reliable HVAC performance.
  • Quality Documentation: Prepare and maintain inspection records, test reports, non-conformance reports, and fault-resolution documentation.
  • Quality Audits & Compliance: Conduct quality audits, monitor quality processes, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, relevant regulations, and engineering standards.
  • Non-Conformance Management: Investigate quality issues and complaints, coordinate corrective actions, and follow up on quality improvement initiatives.
  • Supplier Quality Management: Monitor supplier quality and ensure materials and equipment meet project requirements.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work with project managers, engineers, designers, contractors, subcontractors, clients, and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues and ensure project requirements are met.
  • Quality Improvement & Reporting: Analyse quality data, prepare reports, deliver quality training, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in an engineering-related discipline, or a relevant engineering professional registration certificate.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering quality management.
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management System and GB/T 50430 engineering construction quality management system.
  • Good knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and mandatory standards for mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering construction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Strong skills in quality inspection, auditing, documentation, problem-solving, and quality improvement.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external project stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Mandarin speaking and writing.

Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM - 6:00PM), Sat (9:00AM - 1:00PM)

Salary Range: Up to RM9,000

PIC: Ms Haze (+6012-526 2679)
