Vi söker nu, på uppdrag av en av våra kunder, en serviceinriktad och engagerad hotellreceptionist för heltidsarbete i Malmö. Vi söker dig som tycker om att möta människor, trivs i en varierande arbetsmiljö och vill bidra till att hotellets gäster får en välkomnande och minnesvärd vistelse.

Som hotellreceptionist är du en viktig del av gästernas helhetsupplevelse. Du ansvarar för att receptionen fungerar smidigt och professionellt och arbetar med allt från in- och utcheckning till bokningshantering och personlig service.

Arbetsuppgifter

Dina arbetsuppgifter kan bland annat innefatta: Välkomna gäster och hantera in- och utcheckning Hantera bokningar, avbokningar och gästförfrågningar Ge information om hotellets faciliteter, tjänster och närområde Besvara frågor via telefon, mejl och personliga möten Hantera betalningar och enklare administrativa uppgifter Hantera synpunkter och hitta lösningar på gästernas frågor Säkerställa att receptionen är välorganiserad och inbjudande Samarbeta med housekeeping och andra avdelningar för att säkerställa god service Bidra till en trygg, trivsam och professionell hotellmiljö

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som: Är serviceinriktad och har ett professionellt bemötande Har god kommunikativ förmåga och tycker om att möta människor Är noggrann, ansvarstagande och lösningsorienterad Kan hantera flera arbetsuppgifter samtidigt och prioritera vid behov Trivs med att arbeta både självständigt och tillsammans med kollegor Har god datorvana och lätt för att lära dig nya system Behärskar svenska och engelska väl i tal och skrift

Tidigare erfarenhet från hotell, reception eller kundservice är meriterande, men vi välkomnar även dig som vill utvecklas inom hotellbranschen.

Meriterande Erfarenhet av hotellreception eller liknande serviceyrke Vana av boknings- och receptionssystem Erfarenhet av kassahantering och betalningar Ytterligare språkkunskaper utöver svenska och engelska
