Om SimFAS Sweden AB SimFAS Sweden AB är en private label tillverkare av spackel-, lim- och fogprodukter med produktion och kontor i Simrishamn. Företaget grundades i mitten på sjuttiotalet under namnet Adheseal och fick 2013 namnet SimFAS Sweden AB. 2019 blev Karnell Group ny majoritetsägare med syfte att vara en långsiktig och engagerad utvecklingspartner. Karnell Group är sedan 2024 börsnoterat och gruppen innehåller idag 20 företag med en samlad omsättning om ca 2,0 miljarder SEK årligen och har som strategi att växa genom förvärv. Idag produceras ca 10 000 ton spackel, lim och fogmassor i våra anläggningar, vi är 32 anställda och omsätter ca 150 miljoner SEK med ambition att växa ytterligare. SimFAS Sweden AB söker nu en Ekonom. Arbetsbeskrivning Hos oss på SimFAS kommer du tillsammans med CFO att ansvara för företagets ekonomi. Du kommer huvudsakligen att arbeta med den löpande redovisningen, och ha ansvar för kund- och leverantörsreskontra. Du kommer också vara ansvarig för löner och all rapportering kring dessa. Vidare assisterar du CFO vid månads- och årsbokslut med tex avstämningar och underlag. Du kommer att ha mycket kontaktytor internt men till viss del också externt gällande tex fakturafrågor. I din roll ingår också att implementera och förbättra våra rutiner och processer inom ekonomifunktionen. Din profil Vi söker dig som har arbetat några år i en liknande roll i ett producerande företag och kan din redovisning. Du är en person som trivs i ett lite mindre bolag och därmed också i en lite bredare roll där man täcker upp för varandra vid arbetstoppar och ledigheter. Vana av att hantera löner är ett krav. Som person är du flexibel, initiativrik och en god teamspelare. Att noggrannhet är en viktig egenskap för tjänsten, behöver vi väl knappast nämna. Du är van användare av IT-system och kan hantera Excel. Meriterande är om du arbetat i Visma Lön samt i Microsofts ERP-system som Navision och Business Central.
