The Role

As the Field Sales Manager you will inspire a national team of BDMs to grow, enhance and strengthen speciality/independent retail customer partnerships. Based in Brisbane you will work closely with your team to develop customer acquisition strategies while enhancing your internal partnerships to ensure a holistic business approach. With a focus on coaching your team to deliver high performance outcomes, you will work closely with national retail partners to realise all commercial objectives.

You will be exposed to deep product training and play a significant strategic role in enhancing all customer partnership initiatives.

Key responsibilities include

  • Coach and inspire a national team to deliver against all commercial objectives
  • Develop and implement speciality retail customer strategies
  • Partner and manage key national customer relationships intimately
  • Drive key performance outcomes through sales metrics analysis
  • Identify and attend key speciality health/sports performance trade shows

  • Proven ability to coach, mentor and inspire direct and indirect teams

  • Adaptable communication skills that build and enhance client partnerships.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage your time effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and educating clients about high performance health
