The posting

We’re looking for a Community & Social Media Intern who loves games, enjoys connecting with people, and is curious about what brings gaming communities together.

Your main focus will be supporting the communities around our mobile and PC games, with some involvement in our social media activities. You don’t need to know every platform or have professional experience—we’re looking for someone with good communication skills, initiative, and a willingness to learn alongside our team.

What You’ll Do

• Help build and maintain welcoming, active communities around our games on platforms such as Discord, Steam, and Reddit.

• Join conversations with players, answer questions with the team’s support, and assist with day-to-day community moderation.

• Gather player feedback, suggestions, and reported issues, and help communicate them to the development and publishing teams.

• Help organize community activities, discussions, and events that encourage players to participate.

• Explore relevant gaming communities, streamers, and content creators on Twitch, Kick, YouTube, and similar platforms, and support community outreach.

• Support social media by helping plan and publish game updates, announcements, and community highlights using available team assets.

• Use AI tools to help with research, ideas, and writing, while checking that the results fit our games and audience.

• Help track community activity and engagement to understand what players care about.

What We’re Looking For

• A university student with an interest in community management and the gaming industry.

• A passion for games and curiosity about gaming culture, player behavior, and different gaming audiences.

• A friendly, thoughtful communication style and an interest in listening to and helping players.

• Some familiarity with gaming communities, whether through Discord, Steam, Reddit, or other platforms—being an active community member counts.

• Basic awareness of gaming streams and content creators on platforms such as Twitch, Kick, and YouTube.

• An interest in social media and a willingness to learn how to manage accounts and adapt posts for different audiences.

• Some hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, and curiosity about using them effectively.

• Good written English to communicate with international players.

• A reliable, organized, and collaborative approach.

• Availability to work on-site in Ankara at least 2 days per week.

Nice to Have, Not Required

• Experience helping run a Discord server, fan community, gaming group, or student club.

• Experience organizing small events or community activities.

• Basic image or video editing skills using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar.

• An interest in creating gaming content or marketing creatives.

If you enjoy being part of gaming communities and want to learn how to help them grow, we’d love to hear from you. Feel free to include a short note about the games you play, the communities you’re part of, or anything you’ve helped organize or create.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
