Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbständige Koordination und Überwachung der Facility Management Aufgaben
  • Koordinieren und Kontrollieren aller internen und externen Arbeiten und Aufträge im Bereich Facility
  • Instandhalten der technischen Infrastruktur, wie z.B. die regelmäßige Wartung und Inspektion der technischen Infrastruktur wie Heizungs-, Klima- und Lüftungsanlagen, Kompressoren, Gebäudeautomationssysteme, usw.
  • Planen und Steuern von allen relevanten Arbeiten und Projekten im Bereich Facility

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker, Elektriker, Heizungsbauer oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Weiterbildung zum Meister wünschenswert
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Gebäudemanagement
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Dokumentationen und Schaltplänen
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SAP)
