🎯VOS MISSIONS

Dans le cadre de notre croissance continue et pour répondre aux nombreux défis technologiques de demain, nous renforçons notre équipe R&D (60 personnes) et recherchons un Ingénieur Développement Embarqué (H/F). Ce poste vous offrira l'opportunité de travailler sur des projets variés dédiés à l’innovation et à l’optimisation de nos solutions de sécurité électronique.

Intégré(e) au sein d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire composée d’Ingénieurs hardware et firmware, vous aurez pour mission de :

· Développer, améliorer et maintenir notre gamme de solutions dans les domaines du contrôle d’accès, de l’intrusion et de la gestion technique du bâtiment (GTB) ;

· Assurer la sécurité et les performances des produits, en intégrant les dernières avancées technologiques et les meilleures pratiques du secteur ;

· Participer aux évolutions du simulateur de nos produits pour garantir leur fiabilité et leur compatibilité avec de nouvelles fonctionnalités ;

· Réaliser des tests unitaires et contribuer activement à la validation des systèmes embarqués ;

· Analyser et diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements potentiels, en proposant des solutions de correction et d’amélioration ;

· Intégrer l'IA dans nos méthodes de travail ainsi que dans nos produits ;

· Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour intégrer les fonctionnalités attendues et répondre aux exigences des clients tout en anticipant les évolutions futures du marché.

🔍VOTRE PROFIL

Diplômé(e) d'une école d’Ingénieur, vous bénéficiez de 4 à 10 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire.

Compétences techniques :

· C/C++

· Linux embarqué

· Constructions de systèmes avec Buildroot

· Sensibilité pour l’architecture, la cybersécurité et les performances

· Jira

· Anglais courant obligatoire

Soft skills :

· Rigueur et méthodologie

· Capacités d’analyse et de synthèse

· Goût du travail en équipe et du challenge

· Doté d’une forte orientation produit, vous avez à cœur de faire évoluer les solutions existantes
