About this role/募集要項:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Project Manager to join our team in Tokyo. Our Tokyo office is conveniently located in Minato area and only takes 10 -15 walk from Azabujuban, Ropponggi and Hirro station.

Job Summary/業務内容:

The Project Coordinator / Project manager would attend weekly project meetings with both owners, operator and local consultancies to represent and address all issues pertaining to HBA’s design, including but not limited to code of compliance and MEP/structural requirements.

This role offers a potential for upward growth into a future directorial position, contingent upon the success in obtaining and maintaining sound client relations with both hotel ownership and international operators, leading to an expansion of HBA’s business development.

Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from you/応募資格:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Interior Design / Architecture
  • インテリア・デザイン／建築の学士号または修士号
  • 3-5 years of experience with a portfolio of previous project experience in luxury hospitality, high-end residential, clubhouse or show flats in Japan
  • ラグジュアリーホテル、高級住宅、クラブハウス、ショーフラットなどのプロジェクト経験者(経験年数3年以上)
  • You must have architectural / interior design knowledge on hospitality design to actively participate in resolving technical design issues during weekly workshops.
  • ホスピタリティデザインにおける建築設計またはインテリアデザインの知識を有し、週次ワークショップにおいて技術的な設計課題の解決に対し、積極的に取り組むことができること
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, PPT, MS Outlook, MS Teams
  • AutoCAD、SketchUp、Photoshop、PPT, MS Outlook, MS Teamsを使いこなせること
  • Fluent in English & Japanese (native)
  • 英語と日本語が流暢であること
  • Revit, 3D Max, Enscape will be a plus
  • Revit、3D Max、Enscapeの経験があれば尚可
