Die Position des:r TYPO3 Developer ist bei RYSM INTEGRAL angesiedelt – die Digital Experience Unit der RYSM Agenturgruppe. Die Schwerpunkte von RYSM INTEGRAL sind Digital Strategie, CX-Beratung, Plattformen & Services, Datenportale & Websites.

Unsere Leidenschaft sind technologische Lösungen, die schon heute wirken und einen bleibenden Mehrwert stiften. Je komplexer, desto besser. Für Organisationen, die Verantwortung tragen und etwas bewegen. Als Teil von Projektteams unterschiedlicher Gewerke bist du manchmal bereits im Pitch, spätestens jedoch ab der Konzeptionsphase für die technische Umsetzung verantwortlich. Und zwar mit TYPO3. Du übersetzt komplexe Kund:innenanforderungen in technische Machbarkeit, berätst die Projektmanager:innen in Alternativen und sorgst für qualitativ hochwertige Umsetzungen von großen Plattformen, spannenden Websites oder anspruchsvollen digitalen Servicelösungen. Strategisch durchdacht, nutzerzentriert, barrierefrei. Mit einer guten Portion Liebe für Testing, Dokumentation, Prozesse und saubere Strukturen innerhalb schwergewichtiger Projekte.

Was du mitbringst.

  • ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine äquivalente Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger relevanter Berufspraxis
  • mindestens 3 Jahre praxisrelevante Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von digitalen Projekten im Agenturumfeld innerhalb interdisziplinärer Teams
  • exzellente Kenntnisse in TYPO3 und TYPO3-Frameworks (u.a. Extbase, Fluid, TypoScript) - deine Westentasche
  • deine handwerkliche Basis: PHP & Objektorientierung (Clean Code, OOP) Git, Git Branching Strategien (u.a. GitFlow, GithubFlow, Trunk-Based), Docker, DDEV, PhpStorm relational Databases: MySQL/Maria DB/PostgreSQL Extension-Entwicklung und Architektur eigener TYPO3-Erweiterungen mittels Composer-Struktur Schnittstellen-Konfiguration wie Anbindung externer APIs (REST, JSON, XML) und Services (u.a. Apache Solr)
  • ebenso wichtig: wirtschaftliches Denken, Kommunikationsfreude, Gewissenhaftigkeit
  • sichere praktische Erfahrung in agilen Arbeitsweisen, Scrum oder Kanban
