Was zu tun ist.

  • Unterstützung des Office Teams in diversen organisatorischen und administrativen Belangen
  • Büroorganisation, Telefonzentrale, Empfang
  • Unterstützung bei Vorbereitung und Planung interner Events
  • Ansprechpartner*in für Kolleg*innen, Besucher*innen, Lieferant*innen
  • Und ganz unbedingt: Gute Laune verbreiten, digital, analog und überhaupt

Was du mitbringst.

  • Dein Hintergrund: Du studierst (Fachrichtung egal) und suchst einen Job, der perfekt zwischen Seminar und Semesterparty passt.
  • Deine Arbeitsweise: Du liebst Abwechslung und begeisterst dich für Menschen und Kommunikation. Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig und zuverlässig, übernimmst Eigenverantwortung für deine Aufgaben und treibst Projekte proaktiv voran.
  • Deine Superkraft: Das Agenturleben ist abwechslungsreich, aber manchmal auch intensiv. Du bist stresserprobt, bringst die nötige Resilienz mit und behältst auch bei engen Deadlines Struktur und gute Laune.
  • Dein Mindset: Du bist offen, kommunikativ und hilfsbereit. Du denkst lösungsorientiert und scheust dich nicht, im richtigen Moment auch mal Fragen zu stellen.
