TÂCHES PRINCIPALES ##

Quantifier les besoins et vérifier les approvisionnements

Respecter des fiches techniques

Connaissance des normes d-hygiène HACCP

Participer à la polyvalence des postes

Participer à l-élaboration des suggestions culinaires et pâtissières

FORMATION REQUISE ##

CFC Cuisinier / Cuisinière ou titre jugé équivalent

Expérience de 3 ans minimum en tant que chef/-fe de partie

Expérience confirmée en pâtisserie (minimum 2 ans)

VOTRE PROFIL ##

Très bonne communication français oral et écrit

Sens de l-organisation et esprit d-équipe

Sens des responsabilités autonome et rigueur.
