Auf unserer zertifizierten Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) erwartet dich die ideale Kombination aus anspruchsvoller Akutmedizin, enger Patientennähe und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit. Dank der Anbindung an die Intensivstation arbeitest du in einem spezialisierten Umfeld mit Entwicklungsperspektiven.

**DEINE AUFGABEN**

* Du betreust Patient:innen mit erhöhtem Überwachungsbedarf eigenverantwortlich und kompetent * Du sicherst die Vitalparameter, erkennst Veränderungen frühzeitig und handelst situationsgerecht * Du engagierst dich für professionelle Pflege und Begleitung von Patient:innen und Angehörigen * Du arbeitest eng mit der Intensivstation und den ärztlichen Teams zusammen * Du übernimmst gerne Schichtleitungsaufgaben

**DEIN PROFIL**

* Diplom als Pflegefachperson * Erfahrung im Akutbereich (von Vorteil Aufwachraum, IMC, IPS oder Notfall) * Interesse an komplexen klinischen Situationen mit breitgefächerten Fachbereichen * Ruhe, Übersicht und Teamorientierung * Freude an interprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit
