**DEINE AUFGABEN**

* Du bist unsere erste Visitenkarte: herzlicher Empfang am Telefon, per Mail und vor Ort * Check-in und administrative Abwicklung für stationäre und ambulante Patientinnen und Patienten * Professionelle Verwaltung von Zahlungen, Post, Kassen und internen Prozessen * Mitarbeit bei internen Abläufen wie Pikettdienstlisten, Mitarbeiterangeboten oder Prozessverbesserungen * Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen verschiedener Bereiche -- immer mit dem Ziel, dass unsere Patientinnen und Patienten sich gut aufgehoben fühlen

**DEIN PROFIL**

* Kaufmännische Grundausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung an der Réception, idealerweise im Spital oder in der gehobenen Hotellerie * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Muss-Kriterium, Italienisch-Kenntnisse ein grosses Plus. Alle weiteren Fremdsprachen von Vorteil. * Freude am direkten Gästekontakt, Belastbarkeit und ein professionelles Auftreten auch in hektischen Situationen * Organisationstalent, Flexibilität und IT-Affinität * Offenheit, eigene Ideen einzubringen und Abläufe aktiv mitzugestalten
