In der Klinik St. Anna verbindest du deine Erfahrung aus der gehobenen Hotellerie mit einer sinnstiftenden Aufgabe im Klinikalltag. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team sorgst du dafür, dass sich Patientinnen, Patienten und Besuchende vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut fühlen.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für einen reibungslosen und professionellen Ablauf am Hauptempfang der Klinik St. Anna
  • Du unterstützt die Leitung Réception \& Guest Relations in der fachlichen und personellen Führung von rund 13 Mitarbeitenden und übernimmst die Vertretung während Abwesenheiten
  • Du arbeitest regelmässig in den Diensten an der Réception mit und bist im operativen Tagesgeschäft präsent
  • Du unterstützt die Leitung der Réception \& Guest Relations bei der Teamorganisation, der Planung und Durchführung von Teamsitzungen sowie bei Projekten
  • Du setzt dich aktiv für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation der Abteilung Réception \& Guest Relations ein
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Bewirtschaftung des Parkhauses und der externen Parkplätze

DEIN PROFIL * Du verfügst über Führungs- und Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen 4- oder 5-Sterne-Hotellerie. Erfahrung im Spital- oder Klinikumfeld ist von Vorteil * Du bist eine frontorientierte, konzeptionell starke, kontakt- und kommunikationskompetente Persönlichkeit und hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie mind. drei Jahre Berufserfahrung * Auch in hektischen Situationen bleibst du ruhig, freundlich und lösungsorientiert * Du verfügst über gute mündliche und schriftliche Englischkenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse in mind. einer weiteren Landessprache. Italienisch ist von Vorteil * Du bringst fundierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse mit und bist offen dafür, weitere Programme kennenzulernen
