Im Mittelpunkt unserer Arbeit steht das individuelle und selbstbestimmte Geburtserlebnis, unter anderem durch hebammengeleitete Geburten mit einem breiten Angebotsspektrum. Zur Unterstützung unseres Hebammenteams im Gebärsaal suchen wir dich für unsere Geburtenabteilung, in der rund 850 Geburten pro Jahr stattfinden.

**DEINE AUFGABEN**

* Du bist zuständig für eine individuelle und familienzentrierte Betreuung und Begleitung von Wöchnerinnen und ihren Neugeborenen * Du unterstützt und berätst die Eltern bei ihrem Start als Familie, bei der Ernährung sowie der Pflege der Neugeborenen und förderst die Mutter-Vater-Kind-Beziehung * Die Betreuung von zu früh Geborenen und kranken Neugeborenen ab der 35. SSW in unserem kleinen Neonatologiebereich gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben, sowie die ganzheitliche und individuelle Betreuung von Patientinnen mit gynäkologischen und chirurgischen Kleineingriffen * Zudem hilfst du bei der Begleitung der Lernenden und Studierenden in ihrer Ausbildung mit * Eine hohe Pflegequalität, Sicherheit und Kundenzufriedenheit sind uns wichtige Anliegen

**DEIN PROFIL**

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson (HF/FH) oder Dipl. Hebamme * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Wochenbett und/oder in der Betreuung von Neugeborenen * Die ganzheitliche Betreuung sowie individuelle Pflege und Beratung bereitet dir Freude und du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Flexibilität aus * Durch deine sozialkompetente, engagierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit bist du ein Gewinn für unser Team
