**DEINE AUFGABEN**

* Du übernimmst Mitverantwortung in der professionellen Pflege und Betreuung der Patientinnen und Patienten gemäss Pflegeleitbild * Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört zudem das Mitwirken bei präventiven, diagnostischen und therapeutischen Massnahmen * Du bist beteiligt in der klinischen Entscheidungsfindung und der einzuleitenden Massnahmen und übernimmst im gesamten Pflegeprozess viel Eigenverantwortung * Auch bist du mitverantwortlich in der Begleitung von Lernenden im Alltag

**DEIN PROFIL**

* Ausbildung als Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit mit eidgenössischem Fähigkeitszeugnis (EFZ), idealerweise mit Berufserfahrung im Akutspital * Teamfähigkeit und Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende anzuleiten * Aufgestellte, zuvorkommende und kommunikative Art * Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie ein ausgeprägtes Einfühlungsvermögen * Grosse Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und hohes Organisationstalent * Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Zertifikat B2)
