Ihre Aufgaben

Wir sind Histaminikus – ein Bio-Lebensmittelunternehmen aus dem Saarland, das Produkte für Menschen mit Histaminintoleranz herstellt. Für viele unserer Kundinnen und Kunden sind unsere Produkte kein Lifestyle-Thema, sondern ein Stück Lebensqualität zurück. Genau das prägt auch, wie wir kommunizieren: persönlich, ehrlich und ohne Marketing-Floskeln.

Wir suchen eine Person, die unsere direkte Kundenkommunikation über Newsletter und WhatsApp verantwortet und unsere Social-Media-Kanäle mit eigenem Videomaterial versorgt. Eine Aufgabe mit echter Nähe zu unserer Community – und mit der Möglichkeit, sie in den kommenden Monaten aktiv mit aufzubauen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie verantworten unsere Newsletter- und WhatsApp-Kommunikation in Klaviyo: Flows aufsetzen und pflegen, Zielgruppen segmentieren, Sonderaktionen und Themen-Newsletter texten und aussteuern
  • Sie werten Ihre eigene Arbeit aus – Öffnungsraten, Klicks, Umsatz je Flow – und passen sie darauf basierend an
  • Sie halten unsere Newsletterliste sauber und pflegen die Segmentierung
  • Sie drehen und schneiden unsere Reels – von der Idee bis zum fertigen Clip
  • Sie unterstützten Produktlaunches und Aktionen und pflegen Produkte im Shop ein
  • Sie bauen unsere Mitglieder-Community mit auf und moderieren sie. Dazu gehören die Vorbereitung und Aufzeichnung von Webinaren und die Entwicklung des Premium-Wissensbereichs.

Ihr Profil

Das bringen Sie mit:

Fachlich

  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Klaviyo oder einem vergleichbaren E-Mail-Marketing-Tool: Flows, Segmentierung, Kampagnen, A/B-Tests
  • Erfahrung mit WhatsApp-Marketing
  • Sicherheit im Videodreh und -schnitt für Social Media, z. B. mit CapCut oder einem vergleichbaren Programm
  • Sehr gutes, textsicheres Deutsch mit einem Gespür für einen einfühlsamen, gesundheitsbewussten Ton
  • Grundkenntnisse in Shopify
  • Von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit Community-Plattformen sowie ein Grundverständnis für Ernährung und Unverträglichkeiten
