Das Historische Lexikon der Schweiz HLS ist ein wissenschaftlich erarbeitetes Online\-Fachlexikon zur Schweizer Geschichte und versteht sich sowohl als verlässliche Forschungsinfrastruktur für die wissenschaftliche Gemeinschaft wie auch als umfassende und attraktive Informationsdienstleistung für die breite Öffentlichkeit. Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams in Bern suchen wir per 1\. 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Direktionsassistentin / Direktionsassistenten (60%)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen operativ die Finanz\- und Budgetplanung des HLS
  • Sie sind zuständig für die administrativen Aufgaben im Personal\-, Vertrags\- und Rechnungswesen in Zusammenarbeit mit den zentralen Diensten der Schweizerischen Akademie der Geistes\- und Sozialwissenschaften (SAGW)
  • Sie verantworten das Bestellwesen für die Artikelproduktion (Kontakt mit Autor:innen und Expert:innen)
  • Sie übernehmen das Sitzungsmanagement und die Protokollführung in mehrsprachigen Gremien
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die ganze Bandbreite von Sekretariatsarbeiten und Anlaufstelle für interne und externe Anfragen

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung als Kauffrau/\-mann EFZ oder äquivalente Ausbildung mit einigen Jahren Berufserfahrung, eine Weiterbildung in der Personaladministration ist erwünscht
  • Deutsch oder ösisch ist Ihre Erstsprache, in der jeweils anderen Sprache verfügen Sie über sehr gute Kenntnisse
  • Sie bringen sehr gute EDV\-Anwenderkenntnisse mit
  • Sie haben Interesse an Geschichte und deren Vermittlung
  • Selbständiges Arbeiten, Eigeninitiative, ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung, hohe Sozialkompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft runden Ihr Profil ab
