Assistente de Logística e Suprimentos

Descrição da vaga

Atua em atividades de logística e suprimentos de maior complexidade, contribuindo para o planejamento e a execução de processos de compras, recebimento, armazenagem e distribuição. Acompanha indicadores, identifica oportunidades de melhoria e colabora com áreas internas e fornecedores para garantir eficiência, qualidade e cumprimento de prazos.

Responsabilidades

  • Realiza e acompanhar processos de aquisição, reposição e movimentação de materiais e suprimentos.
  • Monitorar pedidos, prazos de entrega, níveis de estoque e disponibilidade de itens.
  • Conferir documentos, registros e informações relacionados a compras, recebimentos e inventários.
  • Manter contato com fornecedores e áreas internas para resolver divergências e acompanhar solicitações.
  • Preparar relatórios e acompanhar indicadores da área.
  • Identificar inconsistências e propor melhorias nos processos e controles da área.
  • Apoiar inventários, auditorias e a elaboração de procedimentos operacionais.
  • Orientar colegas em rotinas e boas práticas, conforme os processos estabelecidos.

Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo; formação técnica ou superior em Logística, Administração, Suprimentos ou áreas correlatas é desejável.
  • Experiência em rotinas de logística, compras, estoque ou suprimentos.
  • Conhecimento de controles de estoque, processos de recebimento e acompanhamento de pedidos.
  • Domínio de planilhas e familiaridade com sistemas ERP.
  • Capacidade de analisar informações, organizar prioridades e acompanhar prazos.
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade para trabalhar com diferentes áreas e fornecedores.
  • Atenção aos detalhes, iniciativa e compromisso com procedimentos e padrões de qualidade.
