Mitarbeiter Produktionsplanung (m/w/d)

In dieser Position verstärken Sie das Production Control und Logistik- Team und sorgen dafür, dass unsere Kundenaufträge rechtzeitig eingeplant, Produktionsaufträge erstellt und Lieferdokumente vorbereitet werden, sodass unsere Produkte termingerecht hergestellt und ausgeliefert werden können.

Ihre Aufgabe:

  • Ausarbeitung lang- und kurzfristiger Produktionspläne
  • Unterstützung und Koordination der Tätigkeiten im Warehouse im Sinne einer reibungslosen Abwicklung der Materialflüsse Kunde/Lieferant
  • Veranlassung von Materialbestellungen und Vorschaudaten, Weiterleitung an Lieferanten
  • Kontrolle und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Lieferbedingungen/ -zeiten
  • Überprüfung und Sicherstellung der Zielbestände von Teilen und Endprodukten
  • Prüfung und Berücksichtigung von Kundenbestellungen im ERP-System
  • Datenpflege im ERP-System
  • Erstellung von Lieferantenbewertungen im Logistikbereich
  • Reporting von Daten zur Teilelogistik
  • Mitarbeit bei internen und externen Projekten
  • Verpackungsplanung und -entwicklung

Ihr Profil:

  • Mindestens abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
  • Begeisterung für Supply Chain und Prozessoptimierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Standardsoftware und dem ERP-System
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich Materialwirtschaft
  • Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Proaktive, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliche, kommunikative und motivierte Persönlichkeit
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
