  • Collaborate closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Technical Center, and other stakeholders to support operational performance and business objectives.
  • Support operators and maintenance technicians through technical coaching, skills development, training programs, and troubleshooting expertise.
  • Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement activities while leveraging CMMS, ERP, and data analytics tools to drive decision-making.

Your Background

  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to train, influence, and support operators, technicians, and business partners.
  • Experience working with CMMS platforms, ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, and manufacturing performance reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, automation systems, PLCs, and related industrial technologies is considered an advantage.
  • A proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and safety.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
