Job Description:

一、岗位职责​

物资出入库管理：严格执行公司物料出入库流程，准确核对采购订单、领料单等单据信息，完成物料的验收、入库、分拣、发放与出库工作，确保物资出入库记录及时、准确，保障生产物料的及时供应。​ 库存日常管理：定期对仓库内原材料进行盘点清查，做到账物相符；及时处理呆滞、盘盈、盘亏、报废等异常情况，做好记录并及时上报；负责仓库物料的存储规划，根据物料特性合理安排存放区域，定期检查库存物资状态，防止物资损坏、过期。​ 数据信息管理：准确录入并维护仓库管理系统数据，及时更新物资出入库、库存变动等信息；能够独立完成日常业务在系统中的处理。​妥善保管物资出入库单据、盘点记录等相关资料，便于追溯查询。​ 仓储环境维护：保持仓库内环境卫生整洁，合理规划货物堆放，确保通道畅通，符合消防安全及 5S 管理要求；定期检查仓库设施设备的运行状况，及时报修维护，保障仓储作业安全高效进行。​ 安全与风险管控：严格遵守公司的安全管理制度，规范作业，落实防火、防盗、防爆等安全措施；对危险化学品等特殊物资，按照相关规定进行单独存储与管理。​ 沟通协调工作：与采购、生产、质检等部门保持密切沟通，及时反馈物资库存、质量等异常情况；协同相关部门做好供应商退货处理工作，配合生产部门做好紧急用料的调配，保障生产计划顺利执行。​ 完成公司交办的其他任务。

二、任职要求​

教育背景：大专学历，物流管理、仓储管理等相关专业优先。​ 工作经验：1-3年制造业仓库管理工作经验，熟悉制造业生产流程及仓库物料管理特点。 专业技能：

熟练掌握叉车操作技能，持有叉车操作证（同时持有叉车、行车证更佳），能够安全、高效地完成物资的装卸、搬运工作，履职期间无安全责任事故；

能熟练使用办公软件如 Excel、Word 等，有使用SAP、WMS 等仓库管理系统经验者优先。​

个人素质：

工作认真负责、耐心细致、踏实肯干，有较好的团队合作精神；

有较强的学习能力，能快速适应新的工作要求和系统操作；

具备一定的抗压能力，能够应对仓库作业高峰期的工作强度。
