Hos Millarco International A/S søger vi en Product Compliance & Responsible Sourcing Specialist til vores Compliance & ESG-team i Lystrup.

Millarco er en 100 % danskejet grossist, grundlagt i 1986. Vi udvikler og leverer mere end 3.000 produkter inden for bl.a. værktøj, bolig, have og grill til forhandlere i mere end 50 europæiske lande. Vi står blandt andet bag brands som Boxer, Home it, Work it, Tyzon og Cozze.

Din rolle

Du får en central rolle i arbejdet med vores produkt- og leverandørdata, dokumentation, kvalitet og responsible sourcing.

Du kommer blandt andet til at:

  • oprette og kvalitetssikre produkt- og leverandørdata
  • arbejde med data i ERP, compliance-systemer og Excel
  • indsamle og validere produkt-, materiale-, emballage- og QC-data
  • følge op med internationale leverandører på manglende information og dokumentation
  • identificere fejl og uoverensstemmelser i data
  • arbejde med test, certifikater og produktdokumentation
  • understøtte supplier compliance, audits, Risiko data og responsible sourcing
  • samarbejde tæt med især Indkøb og QC.

Du må gerne være lidt af en nørd - Vi leder efter dig, der kan lide detaljer, data og systemer – og som bliver nysgerrig, når noget ikke stemmer.

Du arbejder struktureret, følger opgaver helt til dørs og er ikke bange for at kontakte en leverandør igen, hvis dokumentationen stadig mangler.

Vi forestiller os at du:

  • er stærk i Excel og har flair for systemer
  • har erfaring med ERP, PIM eller lignende
  • interesserer dig for produkter, materialer og kvalitet
  • kommunikerer professionelt på dansk og engelsk
  • trives med internationale leverandører og mange kontaktflader.

Erfaring med QC, produktdata, teknisk dokumentation, certificeringer eller responsible sourcing er en fordel.
