Vacante: Analista de Gobierno y Calidad de Datos

Buscamos un(a) Analista de Gobierno y Calidad de Datos responsable de contribuir a la gestión, documentación y aseguramiento de la calidad de la información, mediante la definición de reglas de negocio, administración de diccionarios de datos, gestión de metadatos y ejecución de validaciones que permitan garantizar la integridad, consistencia y confiabilidad de los datos de la organización.

Requisitos y conocimientos

  • +4 años de experiencia en Gobierno de Datos.
  • Conocimientos en modelado de datos y conceptos de bases de datos relacionales.
  • Conocimientos en protección de datos, confidencialidad y control de acceso a la información.
  • Manejo de SQL para consultas, validaciones y análisis de datos.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Excel y herramientas de documentación como Word.
  • Conocimientos en herramientas de organización y seguimiento de proyectos, como Microsoft Planner y Project.
  • Deseable: manejo de herramientas de visualización de datos como Power BI o Tableau.
  • Deseable: experiencia con herramientas de limpieza, perfilado y evaluación de calidad de datos.

Responsabilidades

  • Apoyar en la implementación y seguimiento de prácticas y lineamientos de Gobierno de Datos.
  • Analizar la calidad de los datos para identificar inconsistencias, duplicados, valores faltantes y errores de información.
  • Definir, documentar y dar seguimiento a reglas técnicas y de negocio para asegurar la calidad de los datos.
  • Elaborar y mantener diccionarios de datos, catálogos y documentación asociada a los activos de información.
  • Gestionar y actualizar metadatos técnicos y de negocio para facilitar la comprensión, trazabilidad y uso de los datos.
  • Ejecutar consultas SQL para realizar validaciones, cruces de información y análisis de datos.
  • Documentar procesos, procedimientos, controles y hallazgos relacionados con la gestión y calidad de los datos.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora y apoyar en la implementación de acciones correctivas y preventivas.
  • Colaborar con las áreas técnicas y de negocio para resolver incidencias y establecer criterios comunes sobre la información.
  • Dar seguimiento a actividades, entregables e iniciativas mediante herramientas de gestión y control de proyectos.
