Voor onze klant, actief in de civiele sector, gaan we op zoek naar een Tender Engineer Energies met een sterke technische én commerciële mindset om het volledige tender- en kwalificatieproces binnen de Benelux in goede banen te leiden.

  • Je draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het volledige tenderproces van de aan jou toegewezen dossiers
  • Je bouwt samen met commerciële en operationele stakeholders aan een stabiele en diverse projectportefeuille
  • Je bewaakt continu de voortgang, kwaliteit, budgetten, planning, risico’s, opportuniteiten en scope van lopende tendertrajecten
  • Je neemt een actieve rol op in onderhandelingen met klanten en begeleidt het volledige gunningsproces
  • Je zorgt voor een sterke en gevarieerde orderportefeuille en begeleidt tendertrajecten van analyse tot overdracht naar uitvoering
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne experts binnen onder meer Legal, Finance, Insurance en QSHE
  • Je analyseert klantvragen, prekwalificatiedossiers en aanbestedingsdocumenten
  • Je werkt samen met het tenderteam en toekomstige uitvoeringsteams aan innovatieve uitvoeringsmethoden en alternatieve oplossingen
  • Je identificeert kansen om kosten, doorlooptijd, kwaliteit en veiligheid te optimaliseren
  • Je vertaalt input van juridische, financiële en verzekeringsspecialisten naar een sterke en conforme offerte
  • Je stelt kostprijsberekeningen, planningen, risicoanalyses, kansenregisters en andere tenderdocumenten op
  • Je ontwikkelt uitvoeringsplannen en de bijbehorende EMVI-documentatie
  • Je stuurt (junior) Tender Engineers aan en ondersteunt hun verdere ontwikkeling
  • Je stimuleert samenwerking binnen multidisciplinaire projectteams
  • Je onderhoudt sterke relaties met klanten, leveranciers, onderaannemers en andere partners
  • Je zorgt voor een gestructureerde overdracht van gewonnen projecten naar de projectleider en het uitvoeringsteam
  • Je rapporteert aan de Commercieel Manager en de Business Unit Manager
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een technische richting of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring met tendering binnen de technische, energie- of infrastructuursector
  • Je hebt ervaring met MS Office en bij voorkeur ook met Primavera en CAD-software
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van het Frans is een belangrijke meerwaarde
  • Je combineert een sterk analytisch vermogen met commerciële inzichten
  • Je neemt ownership en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van resultaten
  • Je behoudt het overzicht en neemt doordachte beslissingen, ook onder tijdsdruk
  • Je bent een sterke onderhandelaar en weet verschillende stakeholders te overtuigen en mee te nemen in jouw verhaal
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel technische als niet-technische gesprekspartners
  • Je werkt planmatig, bewaakt deadlines en houdt meerdere trajecten tegelijkertijd onder controle
  • Je bent pragmatisch ingesteld en schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategisch denken en operationele uitvoering
  • Je haalt energie uit samenwerking en het coachen van collega’s
