APERÇU DU POSTE:

En tant que Représentant(e) terrain, vous représenterez nos marques en magasin, en augmentant leur visibilité et leurs ventes grâce à un marchandisage efficace. Vous travaillerez de façon autonome, collaborerez avec les gérants de magasin et utiliserez des applications mobiles pour recueillir des données sur les marques.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES:

  • Effectuer le marchandisage des produits dans les points de vente assignés.
  • Visiter les magasins selon un itinéraire établi entre 8 h et 17 h.
  • Collaborer avec les gérants de magasin et les équipes internes.
  • Recueillir des données sur les marques à l’aide d’applications comme Repsly et WhatsApp.
  • Installer et exécuter des présentoirs et combler les ruptures afin d’optimiser les ventes.
  • Établir et maintenir de solides relations en magasin.
  • Atteindre les objectifs KPI et contribuer aux projets.

EXIGENCES DU POSTE:

  • Attitude positive avec intelligence émotionnelle, persévérance et ouverture au coaching.
  • Mentalité de croissance et orientation vers l’atteinte d’objectifs.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et aisance avec les applications électroniques.
  • Passion pour l’industrie des biens de consommation et le travail autonome.
  • Permis de conduire valide et véhicule fiable.
  • Capacité à soulever occasionnellement jusqu’à 50 lb.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Field Representative, you’ll represent our brands in stores, driving visibility and sales through effective merchandising. You’ll work independently, collaborate with store managers, and use mobile apps to capture brand data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Merchandise products across assigned retail locations.
  • Visit stores on a designated route between 8am and 5pm
  • Collaborate with store managers and internal teams.
  • Capture brand data using apps like Repsly and WhatsApp.
  • Secure and Execute displays and fill voids to enhance sales.
  • Build and maintain strong store relationships.
  • Follow KPI targets and contribute to projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Positive mindset with emotional intelligence, grit, and coachability.
  • Familiarity with growth mentality and goal achievement.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with electronic apps.
  • Passion for CPG industry and self-directed work.
  • Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
