ABOUT HIYA

At Hiya, we’re making business calls more trusted, useful, and effective.

Voice remains one of the most important ways businesses communicate with their customers, but the value of a call depends on trust. When customers do not recognize who is calling or why, important conversations are missed, customer relationships suffer, and business outcomes are harder to achieve.

Hiya helps businesses create trusted calling experiences that benefit both sides of the conversation: enterprises can reach customers with confidence, and customers can answer with confidence. Our products support branded business calling, trusted caller identity, call performance insights, customer engagement, and voice security capabilities that help businesses strengthen relationships and improve outcomes.

This role sits in a core business area for Hiya and is focused on helping SMB and enterprise customers succeed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Hiya is hiring a Senior Web Marketing Manager to define and lead how our marketing website shifts and scales in the era of an AI-enabled buyer’s journey. Buyers will increasingly meet Hiya through AI answers before they ever land on the site, and this role decides what our site becomes in that world. You’ll drive how Hiya’s web properties influence what buyers know, discover, and decide about Hiya on and off site, with a north star goal to deliver high quality conversions and sales pipeline.

This is a performance- and analytics-driven marketing role at the center of our demand engine. You'll translate positioning and campaign strategy into high-converting web experiences, own the conversion-rate-optimization program end to end, and make the website a measurable driver of qualified demand across every market we operate in.

You'll partner closely with our GTM Engineer, who owns the “how” of the website (platform, architecture, and technical build). You’ll own the “what and why” – roadmap, priorities, experience, discoverability, conversion, and localization.

We're looking for someone who understands buyer psychology and funnel performance as deeply as they understand web best practices. You work deeply with and alongside AI and have a strong curiosity and drive to incorporate new uses for AI into your workflow. You’re a marketer who is fluent with martech, obsessed with conversion, and able to lead cross-functional teams and agencies to a best-in-class website.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Website as a growth channel and the storefront of the Hiya narrative. Own and lead Hiya's website strategy & roadmap across the buyer journey and the KPIs that go with it: traffic growth, engagement, conversion rate, and pipeline contribution. In the near term, you’ll run a post-migration content audit and decide what we keep, consolidate, cut and expand upon to meet our 2027 goals.

- Conversion-rate optimization & experimentation. Build and run the CRO program: develop hypotheses and testing roadmaps, run A/B tests and personalization, and continuously optimize top pages and full-funnel journeys to increase experimentation velocity. Own metrics definitions that inform our Amplitude instance.

- Campaign & landing-page execution. Translate campaign and positioning strategy into compelling landing pages and web experiences, and work with engineering to build the page systems that let demand and audience marketing teams deploy campaigns quickly.

- UX, messaging & experience quality. Champion best-in-class mobile and desktop experiences, messaging clarity, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals / performance standards.

- SEO/GEO. Own SEO & GEO strategy, in partnership with the content team for inputs to content strategy and implementation. Own keyword targets and global search and AI visibility monitoring mechanisms. Partner with GTM Engineer on performance and technical needs and recommend where outside support or tooling would help.

- Multi-market localization. Own website localization and regional performance across global markets, and build scalable localization workflows within Sanity in partnership with localization manager.

- Web analytics & attribution. Build reporting that ties web performance to pipeline, with a close partnership with GTM Engineering to implement and maintain event tracking, tagging, and web attribution to keep the data trustworthy.

- Cross-functional partnership. Partner with the growth/GTM engineer on platform architecture and technical delivery, and with Demand Gen, PMM, Product, and Design to align the website with launches, campaigns, and pipeline priorities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 5-7 years in website marketing, digital/growth marketing, or web conversion management, ideally in B2B SaaS

- Proven track record running CRO and experimentation (A/B testing) programs tied to conversion and pipeline

- Hands-on experience with a modern martech stack — CMS (Sanity or comparable), Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Amplitude, HubSpot

- In-depth understanding of SEO / SEM, with technical SEO and performance optimization experience. Deep curiosity for and familiarity with GEO / AEO and how discoverability is evolving across AI answer engines.

- Web analytics and attribution fluency, with the ability to connect web performance to CRM and pipeline

- Working proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for on-page edits, QA, and collaboration with engineering (this is a marketing role, not a frontend engineering role)

YOU’LL LIKELY STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE

- Strong web design and UX sensibility across mobile and desktop

- Experience with localization tools (e.g., Weglot, Smartling, Welocalize) and building multi-language, multi-region web properties

- Creativity and resourcefulness, with proven consultative leadership across cross-functional teams and agencies

- Are performance- and analytics-driven, and obsessed with conversion

- Care deeply about the future of the web and customer experience – what do the websites of the AI-enabled future (and present) need to do, and how can Hiya lead?

- Can translate brand and positioning into web experiences that convert

- Think in systems — building reusable page frameworks that let other teams move fast

HOW WE WORK

Hiya is not a passive environment. We expect people to take ownership, form opinions, and engage directly with hard problems.

We work with a high degree of transparency and autonomy. Context is shared openly, and decisions are discussed, challenged, and then made. Once a call is made, we commit and move forward.

You'll be expected to work through ambiguity, weigh tradeoffs, and take responsibility for results, while keeping a high bar for quality and customer trust.

Every team member at Hiya is expected to live our core values:

- Serve, our customers and partners by holding a high bar for trust and quality

- Own, share in success and open up to failures

- Lead, listen, show up with a point of view but commit entirely once a decision has been made

- Improve, even if it means changing course or contradicting ourselves

- Do, rather than observe

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
