Deine Aufgaben

  • Konzeption und Steuerung von Doxis-Projekten mit umfassender Kundenbetreuung.
  • Entwicklung und Präsentation von Umsetzungskonzepten, inklusive Durchführung von Workshops zur Zielerreichung mit Kunden.
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Aufwandseinschätzungen und Bewertungen im Rahmen der Angebotserstellung.
  • Leitung des Projektteams und Gestaltung optimaler Arbeitsbedingungen zur bestmöglichen Erfüllung der Teamaufgaben.
  • Sicherstellung der zugesicherten Projektergebnisse durch regelmäßige Controllings und Erstellung verlässlicher Reports für Kunden und Vorgesetzte.
  • Verantwortung für die Kundenzufriedenheit im Projektgeschäft.
  • Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen im Bereich Enterprise Content Management und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen.
  • Beratung von Kunden in strategischen Geschäftsentscheidungen und Entwicklung von maßgeschneiderten ECM-Lösungen.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft , eine entsprechende Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Beratungskompetenz.
  • Selbstständige, prozess- und lösungsorientierte sowie wirtschaftliche Arbeitsweise.
  • Hohe Prozess- und IT-Affinität mit fundierten Kenntnissen.
  • Engagement, Motivation sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten.
  • Fundiertes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge, speziell im ECM-Bereich.
  • Fehlendes Wissen wird durch ein umfassendes Onboarding-Programm vermittelt.
