The posting

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Manage project progress, costs, quality and safety.
  • Lead project, site and management teams.
  • Control budgets, profitability, cash flow and contracts.
  • Review variations, claims and project costs.
  • Oversee tendering, pricing and business development.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Ensure BCA, safety and statutory compliance.
  • Report business and project performance to the MD / Board.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field.
  • CPA, CA or equivalent accounting qualification required/preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction.
  • At least 5 years in senior management or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of construction, contracts, project management and cost control.
  • Good financial and commercial management skills.
  • Knowledge of BCA and safety requirements.
