主要職責

技術員需向維修管工負責及匯報，其職責如下:

  • 按工作計劃及指引，執行維修隊的各項工作；
  • 執行維修管工所委派的維修保養工作；包括電力、水務、渠務、木工及泥水事項；以及有關設備/系統之日常及例行維修保養工程，定期檢查，維修及更換，維護所有器材、工具及機器的良好操作，包括屋宇設備管理系統(BMS) 、電力、冷氣、機械、消防、水泵、閉路電視、停車場閘機、門控、保安、升降機、熱水爐、廚房爐具、大廈廣播、天線、對講及視聽音響、等設備/系統裝置及設備，確保學院內以及所有訓練場地正常運作；
  • 例行檢查所有電器裝置，安全系統及樓宇設施，確保符合法例要求及操作指引，並向上司報告任何損壞；
  • 協助維修管工，監督由外判公司處理的維修保養工作；
  • 執行特別項目及大型節目的特定工作；負責活動設備配合及技術支援，包括提供專業攝影服務、專業技術、器材及燈光控制；
  • 於惡劣天氣如發出颱風及雷暴警告時或取消警告後，提供緊急支援服務；及
  • 履行由上司所指派的任何適當工作，包括處理緊急維修工作在內。

職位要求

  • 中五或以上教育程度；
  • 二年或以上電力裝置、中央空調、供水排水系統或屋宇設備之維修保養相關工作經驗；
  • 持有有效電業工程人員註冊證明書 (工程級別Grade A或以上)，或 具冷氣水塔、水冷制冷機組、泳池循環 / 過濾系統等維修經驗及曾接受有關專業培訓者，或具電機工程、機械工程或屋宇裝備工程證書或文憑者，將獲優先考慮
  • 持有效安全卡；
  • 持有密閉空間証書將獲優先考慮；
  • 持有水喉匠牌照優先;
  • 能操流利粵語及簡單英語；及
  • 需穿著制服及輪班工作。
