Descrição do cargo:

Responsável pela gestão estratégica, administrativa e operacional da cooperativa, liderando equipes, supervisionando processos, acompanhando indicadores e garantindo o cumprimento de metas, contratos e normas institucionais.

Principais responsabilidades:

* Gerenciar e desenvolver equipes.

* Supervisionar os setores operacionais e administrativos.

* Acompanhar indicadores, produtividade e resultados.

* Garantir a qualidade dos serviços prestados.

* Implementar melhorias nos processos internos.

* Gerenciar conflitos e tomar decisões estratégicas.

* Apresentar resultados e planos de ação à diretoria.

Requisitos: Experiência em gestão de equipes, liderança, planejamento estratégico e, preferencialmente, atuação em cooperativas de saúde e Home Care.

Atividades do Gerente de Cooperativa de Saúde

* Supervisionar e gerenciar todos os setores da cooperativa.

* Coordenar e acompanhar o desempenho das lideranças e equipes.

* Definir metas, prioridades e estratégias operacionais.

* Monitorar indicadores, produtividade e resultados.

* Acompanhar implantações, escalas e manutenção dos pacientes.

* Garantir o cumprimento de processos, prazos e contratos.

* Acompanhar pendências administrativas, financeiras e operacionais.

* Gerenciar conflitos e tomar decisões para resolução de problemas.

* Promover reuniões de alinhamento e feedback com as equipes.

* Implementar melhorias nos fluxos e processos internos.

* Garantir a qualidade e a continuidade dos serviços prestados.

* Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentar resultados à diretoria.

* Acompanhar a regularidade documental dos cooperados.

* Alinhar as demandas entre os setores, garantindo comunicação e eficiência operacional.

Responsabilidade principal: garantir o funcionamento integrado da cooperativa, assegurando eficiência operacional, qualidade assistencial, organização das equipes e alcance dos resultados estabelecidos pela diretoria.
