A Home Med Cooperativa, especializada na gestão e prestação de serviços por meio de profissionais da área da saúde, busca profissional para atuar como Escalista Operacional, em regime Home Office.

O profissional será responsável pela gestão, organização, acompanhamento e monitoramento das escalas assistenciais, garantindo a adequada cobertura dos atendimentos, a continuidade da assistência e o cumprimento dos padrões operacionais estabelecidos pela cooperativa.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

•⁠ ⁠Planejar, elaborar e administrar escalas de profissionais da saúde;

•⁠ ⁠Realizar o fechamento e a atualização das escalas, garantindo a cobertura integral dos atendimentos;

•⁠ ⁠Executar o monitoramento das escalas em tempo real;

•⁠ ⁠Confirmar a presença e o deslocamento dos profissionais para os respectivos atendimentos;

•⁠ ⁠Identificar antecipadamente riscos de desassistência e atuar de forma preventiva na solução de possíveis intercorrências;

•⁠ ⁠Gerenciar faltas, atrasos, trocas e substituições de profissionais;

•⁠ ⁠Acionar profissionais de standby e realizar reposições emergenciais quando necessário;

•⁠ ⁠Acompanhar a passagem de plantão, assegurando a continuidade e a segurança da assistência;

•⁠ ⁠Manter comunicação ativa e assertiva com cooperados, clientes, familiares e equipe interna;

•⁠ ⁠Atender e responder às demandas dos clientes dentro dos prazos estabelecidos pela cooperativa;

•⁠ ⁠Registrar e atualizar ocorrências, alterações e informações operacionais nos sistemas e canais oficiais;

•⁠ ⁠Acompanhar escalas futuras e atuar preventivamente na identificação de possíveis dificuldades de cobertura;

•⁠ ⁠Realizar busca ativa e prospecção de profissionais para atendimentos com maior complexidade ou dificuldade de composição;

•⁠ ⁠Comunicar imediatamente à coordenação e à gestão situações que possam impactar a continuidade do atendimento;

•⁠ ⁠Garantir a integridade, atualização e confiabilidade das informações relacionadas às escalas;

•⁠ ⁠Apoiar a equipe de coordenação nas demandas operacionais e nos processos de melhoria contínua.
