The posting

Til vores afdeling i Glostrup søger vi i HMC en produktionsleder til anlægsopgaver. Vores anlægsopgaver indeholder fagentrepriserne jord, kloak og in situ beton.

Du kommer til at stå i spidsen for et eller flere af vores anlægsopgaver i Øst Danmark og får ansvaret for projekterne fra opstart til aflevering. Du vil være vores mand på pladsen, hvor du i tæt samarbejde med dine kollegaer og samarbejdspartnere planlægger og udfører den daglige projektledelse samt den daglige kommunikation med bygherre, rådgivere og underentreprenører.

Dine arbejdsopgaver og ansvarsområder:

• Planlægning og styring af projekter.

• Projektøkonomi og efterkalkulation.

• Indkøb og kontraktforhandlinger.

• Udarbejde og revidere tidsplaner.

• Arbejdsmiljø og kvalitetssikring.

• Sikre en god arbejdsånd og moral blandt de ansatte.

Vi søger dig, der:

• Har min. 2 – 3 års erfaring inden for egen produktion

• Har vist gode resultater og er klar til nye udfordringer.

• Er motiveret til at tage ansvar og lyst til at udvikle dig yderligere.

• Har erfaring i anlægsbranchen med styring af anlægsopgaver.

• Har erfaring som projektleder/produktionsleder.

• Er ambitiøs og drevet af at skabe resultater.

• Er god til at kommunikere både mundtligt og på skrift.

• At du har gennemslagskraft og samtidig er en holdspiller.

Vi ser dertil gerne, at du som person er udadvendt, har overblik og er kvalitetsbevidst og omhyggelig. Det er en høj prioritet hos os, at du er vant til at arbejde med stramme deadlines og er i stand til at bevare ro og overblik i spidsbelastede perioder.
