Je hebt ervaring binnen een technische serviceomgeving, bij voorkeur in de automotive, truck-, trailer-, landbouw- of bedrijfswagenbranche. Je bent bekend met technische documentatie, onderdeleninformatie en RAI-keuringswerkzaamheden (ALK, LLS en KIP/TÜV). Daarnaast communiceer je gemakkelijk met klanten en collega's, werk je oplossingsgericht en neem je van nature initiatief. Ervaring met het aansturen van collega's of leidinggevende kwaliteiten is daarbij een pré.HMF is een internationale speler in hydraulische laadkranen en staat bekend om innovatie, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid. Voor onze vestiging in Bergschenhoek zoeken wij een Service Voorman/Vrouw die met technisch inzicht, organisatorisch talent en enthousiasme leidinggeeft aan onze werkplaats. In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden efficiënt worden uitgevoerd en ondersteun je jouw team bij het leveren van de beste service aan onze klanten.De rolAls Service Voorman/Vrouw ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de serviceafdeling. Je coördineert de werkzaamheden binnen de werkplaats, bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden efficiënt en volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd. Daarnaast ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, monteurs en collega's en draag je bij aan een professionele, klantgerichte serviceorganisatie.Wat ga je doen?Aansturen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van het serviceteam;Opstellen en bewaken van de dagelijkse serviceplanning;Coördineren van garantieaanvragen en claims;Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes;Afstemmen van onderdelenvoorziening met het magazijn en de afdeling Inkoop;Voorbereiden en bewaken van service- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden;Ondersteunen bij serviceorders en administratieve processen waar nodig.
