About the Role

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be part of a high-performing housekeeping team at our portfolio, playing a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
  • Replenish guest amenities, towels, linens, and other supplies.
  • Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing when required.
  • Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost & found items promptly.
  • Follow cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate housekeeping records and ensure keys are handled securely.
  • Respond to guest requests politely and professionally.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.

Ideal Candidate

  • Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Able to manage time and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Basic conversational English to communicate with guests and colleagues.
  • Positive attitude, a team player, and willing to learn.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts.
