📢 📢 Nous recherchons un Gardien d’immeuble h/f pour intégrer notre Agence Littoral pour un groupe de 787 logements situé dans le 14ème à Marseille (La Marine Bleue) !

🎯Devenez l’interlocuteur privilégié de nos locataires :

Rattaché au Responsable de Gestion de Secteur (votre manager !) et en étroite collaboration avec l'agence et votre équipe de Gardiens d'Immeuble, vous serez le premier représentant de l’Office sur le terrain.

Votre rôle ?

  • Entretenir les parties communes et les abords d’immeuble
  • Assurer la maintenance du patrimoine déterminé
  • Coordonner les interventions des prestataires et en contrôler la qualité
  • Assurer un premier niveau de gestion locative : Accueillir, communiquer et informer les locataires Vérifier et traiter les réclamations locatives Réaliser les différentes visites : des logements, états des lieux… Participer aux premières relances en matière d’impayés locatifs …

D’autres missions pourront se rajouter en fonction des besoins opérationnels (par ex. assurer le relais terrain des équipes techniques).

Vous êtes (h/f) :

  • De formation CAP ou BEP (le CAP gardien d’immeuble serait très apprécié) et justifiez d'une expérience probante dans le métier ?
  • Reconnu(e) pour votre bonne humeur et votre capacité d’adaptation aux différentes situations et interlocuteurs ?
  • Appréciez le terrain et le travail en équipe ?
  • A l’aise avec l’outil informatique ?
