  • Mitarbeiterführung im zugeordneten Verantwortungsbereich Service Freiburg
  • Verantwortlichkeit und Leitung der Kostenstelle Werkstatt
  • Koordination und Disposition des Werkstattpersonals einschließlich der Außendienstmonteure
  • Technische Beratung von Kunden und Mitarbeitenden
  • Koordination der Reparaturen von der Annahme und Überwachung der Reparaturaufträge bis zur Endkontrolle
  • Planung, Überwachung und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Servicekonzepte gemeinsam mit der Serviceleitung
  • Reklamations- und Garantieabwicklung
  • Material- und Werkzeugdisposition
  • Qualitätssicherung und Einhaltung der Sicherheitsstandards (Gerätestandards, UVV)
  • Ausbilder für die Lehrlingsausbildung
  • Interne und externe Aus- und Weiterbildungsverantwortung
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in der Werkstatt in notwendigem Umfang nach Bedarf

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Meisterabschluss
  • Ausgeprägte Erfahrung in Motorentechnik, Elektronik, Hydraulik und Pneumatik
  • idealerweise erste Führungsverantwortung
  • Kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse (z.B. MS Office, Werkstattsoftware)
  • Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
