Was Sie hier tun

  • Sie sind für die Modulbeschreibungen verantwortlich
  • Administration für Fachhörende erledigen
  • Datenerfassung, Mutationen und Datenauswertungen im Hochschulinformationssystem
  • Administrative Prozesse in der Studierenden\- und Lehradministration der Bachelor\- und Masterprogramme weiterentwickeln und dokumentieren
  • Bei Studienstart, bei Moduleinschreibungen, Modulplänen, innerschweizerischer Mobilität und bei der Diplomfeier mitarbeiten

Was Sie idealerweise mitbringen

  • Kauffrau/ EFZ mit Erfahrung im administrativen oder kundenorientierten Umfeld
  • Exakte, ausdauernde Arbeitsweise sowie Interesse für Studienstrukturen und Unterrichtsprozesse
  • Offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit welche auch in hektischen Arbeitssituationen Ruhe bewahrt
  • Bereitschaft, eng mit den Teammitgliedern der Studierendenadministration zusammen zu arbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und/oder ösischkenntnisse mit jeweils guten Kenntnissen der anderen Sprache; Englischkenntnisse erwünscht
