Die Hochschule Luzern – Wirtschaft ist das Zentralschweizer Kompetenzzentrum in den wirtschaftlich und gesellschaftlich bedeutsamen Bereichen Betriebs\- und Regionalökonomie, Banking und Finance, Kommunikation und Marketing sowie Tourismus und Mobilität.

Das Institut für Betriebs\- und Regionalökonomie IBR der Hochschule Luzern – Wirtschaft verfügt über eine mehr als 40\-jährige Erfahrung in der Weiterbildung, Beratung und Forschung.

Zur Verstärkung des Kompetenzzentrums Public \& Nonprofit Management suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Sie als

Dozentin / Dozent für Strategie, Organisation und Führung in öffentlichen und/oder Nonprofit\-Organisationen 60 – 80% ==========================================================================================================================

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen die Akquisition, Leitung und Bearbeitung von Forschungs\- und Beratungsprojekten im öffentlichen und Nonprofit\-Bereich (mögliche Themenfelder: Strategie\-, Organisations\- und Führungsentwicklung, Governance und Entscheidungsprozesse)
  • Sie unterrichten in der Ausbildung (Bachelor und/oder Master in Business Administration) und in der Weiterbildung inkl. Betreuung studentischer Arbeiten und Projekten
  • Sie verfassen Fachpublikationen und Netzwerkbildung innerhalb und ausserhalb des Instituts, auch im Rahmen (inter\-)nationaler Konferenzen und Tagungen
  • Sie pflegen eine aktive Zusammenarbeit und Vernetzung mit Akteuren aus Praxis, Wissenschaft und Politik
  • Sie arbeiten in internen Projekten des IBR und der Hochschule Luzern mit

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über einen Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschafts\- oder Sozialwissenschaften (mindestens Masterstufe, Promotion erwünscht)
  • Sie haben vertiefte Praxiskenntnisse in öffentlichen und/oder Nonprofit\-Organisationen
  • Sie verfügen über Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und in der Beratung (inkl. Akquise)
  • Erfahrungen mit Forschungs\- und Publikationstätigkeit sind erwünscht
  • Sie zeichnen sich als selbständige, unternehmerisch denkende, teamfähige, kommunikative und innovative Persönlichkeit aus. Zudem bringen Sie eine hohe Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationskompetenz auf Deutsch mit (schriftlich und mündlich), idealerweise auch auf Englisch
