Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet

* Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung eines kleinen Einkaufsteams

* Verantwortung für den gesamten technischen Einkauf

* Planung, strategische Steuerung und Optimierung der Beschaffungsprozesse für Produktions- und Verbrauchsmaterialien

* Durchführung von Angebotsvergleichen sowie Preis- und

* Pflege und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lieferantenbeziehungen sowie Identifikation neuer Beschaffungsmärkte

* Sicherstellung von Lieferterminen, Qualitätsstandards und optimalen Bestandsniveaus

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen wie Konstruktion, Produktion, Lager und Geschäftsleitung

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf (mindestens 5 Jahre), vorzugsweise im technischen oder industriellen Umfeld

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lieferanten sowie mit strategischen Beschaffungsmärkten

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. Navision / Business Central)

* Technisches Grundverständnis für Materialien, Produktionsprozesse oder Anlagenbau von Vorteil

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse für die reibungslose interne und externe Kommunikation

* Selbstsicheres Auftreten, ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick sowie hohe Teamorientierung und Eigeninitiative
