Wir sind ein unabhängiges Schweizer Familienunternehmen und produzieren an vier Standorten hochwertige Verpackungen aus Kunststoff: in Oberdiessbach, Ungarn, Indien und in den USA. Zu unseren Kunden gehören bekannte Pharma\-, Kosmetik\- und Dentalproduktehersteller aus der ganzen Welt.

Für unseren Produktionsstandort in Oberdiessbach suchen wir eine/n

Teamleader Betriebselektrik / Elektrotechnik

der sein Team fachlich und menschlich führt und gleichzeitig dafür sorgt, dass unsere technische Infrastruktur zuverlässig und zukunftsfähig bleibt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Teams Betriebselektrik
  • Sicherstellen einer hohen Verfügbarkeit unserer Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Analysieren und Beheben von Störungen sowie Koordinieren von Reparaturen
  • Planen und Umsetzen von Neuinstallationen, Umbauten und Retrofit\-Projekten, bei Bedarf gemeinsam mit externen Partnern
  • Pflegen der technischen Dokumentationen und Elektroschemata sowie Sicherstellen einer strukturierten Verwaltung und Datensicherung der SPS\-Daten
  • Beschaffen und Bewirtschaften von Ersatzteilen
  • Verantworten des Abteilungsbudgets und der Kosten
  • Mitarbeit im Pikettdienst

Das bringst du mit

  • Technische Grundausbildung EFZ im Bereich Elektroinstallation, Automation oder in einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
  • Weiterbildung als Techniker/in HF Automation/Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion, idealerweise im industriellen Produktionsumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Installation, Reparatur sowie Steuerungs\- und Antriebstechnik
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Steuerungs\-, Mess\- und Regeltechnik, insbesondere Siemens PLC
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den relevanten Vorgaben und Normen, insbesondere NIV
  • Führungskompetenz, Organisationsstärke und eine selbstständige, pragmatische Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft für den Pikettdienst
