What You’ll Get: ✅ Pay: $31.67+/hour (based on experience) ✅ Bonuses: Quarterly/Yearly attendance & anniversary bonuses ✅ 401(k) with automatic enrollment

Paid Time Off:

11 paid holidays + 112 vacation hours per year (Prorated the first year) 36 Flex hours (Prorated the first year) 112 hours of vacation per year (accrued bi-weekly)

What You’ll Do: As a Maintenance Tech, you'll play a vital role in keeping our production equipment, buildings, and facilities running efficiently. Key responsibilities include: 🔧 Performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on PLC-controlled systems.⚡ Diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.🛠 Conducting preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.⚙ Fabricating and machining parts to improve equipment performance.🔩 Assisting with installation and modification of new and existing equipment.📏 Using precision measurement and diagnostic tools for troubleshooting.🦺 Following all safety protocols, including Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO).

What We’re Looking For: ✔ 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience OR a relevant degree/certification ✔ Strong PLC and Robotic Programming✔ Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills✔ High School Diploma or GED required✔ Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
