HOFFNUNGSTRÄGER ist eine dynamische, gemeinnützige Organisation mit Sitz in Leonberg mit einer klaren christlichen Werteorientierung. Für unser innovatives Integrationsprogramm bauen wir sogenannte Hoffnungshäuser. Unser Ziel: Durch gemeinsames Wohnen von Geflüchteten und Einheimischen sowie professioneller Begleitung möchten wir Integration gelingen lassen. In Ulm Gögglingen-Donaustetten entstehen gerade 3 Hoffnungshäuser mit insgesamt 38 Wohnungen in Kooperation mit der RAM Stiftung in Ulm.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Zielorientiertes Casemanagement in allen Bereichen des Lebens der Bewohnenden mit Fluchterfahrung
  • Gestaltung von Begegnungs- und Bildungsformaten für und mit Bewohnenden der Hoffnungshäuser
  • Unterstützung der Standortleitung bei der Konzeptumsetzung des Hoffnungshauses und standortspezifischen Aufgaben
  • Netzwerke erschließen und Weiterentwickeln
  • Gewinnung und Begleitung von Ehrenamtlichen
  • Idealerweise Wohnen im Hoffnungshaus, um das Konzept Hoffnungshaus mitprägen zu können

Dein Profil

  • Studium der Sozialen Arbeit/Pädagogik oder vergleichbar, relevante Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse des Ausländer- und Asylrechts wünschenswert
  • Verantwortungsbewusstes, selbstständiges Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit
  • Freude an der Beziehungsarbeit
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Hohe Identifikation mit den christlichen Werten der Hoffnungsträger
