PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES: 1. Atender presencialmente o cliente para cadastro em sistema, emissão de nota fiscal, recebimento do valor da consulta/exame, de acordo com a demanda e procedimentos solicitados pelo médico;2. Liberar guias de consulta de urgência e exames de diversos convênios;3. Agendar cirurgias e exames de pacientes de convênio e particular, conforme demanda;4. Atender o telefone e WhatsApp para informar e orientar clientes externos e internos;5. Realizar o processo de internação do paciente, orientá-lo quanto à realização do seu procedimento cirúrgico, emitir documentos cirúrgicos, confirmar todos os dados do paciente, bem como dados específicos do procedimento a ser realizado;6. Receber solicitação de cirurgias dos consultórios médicos e encaminhá-las aos devidos convênios para liberações necessárias;7. Verificar agenda cirúrgica no dia anterior à cirurgia e liberar os papéis cirúrgicos do dia seguinte;8. Conferir e organizar guias e outros documentos provenientes do atendimento diariamente realizado para o envio ao setor de faturamento;9. Organizar os consultórios, repondo material, quando necessário;10. Gerar e controlar senhas para o fluxo de atendimento aos clientes;11. Conferir o ambiente com relação à temperatura, organizar poltronas, verificar disponibilidade de água, copos, checklist de exames, televisores e monitores com informações de atendimento;12. Acionar o médico plantonista via WhatsApp, assim que chegar um paciente de urgência/emergência;13. Lançar notas no sistema diariamente e fechamento do caixa;14. Solicitar laudos médicos e cópia de prontuários convênio/particular para o setor de faturamento.
