PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES: 1 - Cumprir e fazer cumprir o Código de ética em enfermagem e a Lei do Exercício Profissional;2 - Conhecer e adotar as normas e rotinas da Enfermagem conforme o procedimento operacional padrão (POP);3 - Receber o plantão e colher todas as informações (se há internados, se haverá internações e registro do andamento);4 - Verificar o painel do fluxo cirúrgico, diariamente;5 - Montar as bandejas com materiais e medicamentos para a triagem do paciente e levar as bandejas para o repouso;6 - Verificar se o paciente está liberado para a cirurgia, conferir prontuário eletrônico (exames, risco cirúrgico);7 - Fazer anotação no sistema MV sobre a admissão e triagem. Preencher os campos dos sinais vitais;8 - Solicitar ao paciente que faça a troca de roupa; fazer a marcação do olho que será operado, pingar colírio para dilatação, no caso de algumas cirurgias;9 - Encaminhar o paciente ao Centro Cirúrgico, de cadeira de rodas, quando o setor solicitar; fazer a transferência do paciente no sistema MV;10 - Avaliar as prescrições de medicamentos e fazer os cálculos de diluições, incluindo no plano de cuidados;11 - Verificar e repor o consultório médico de urgência;12 - Receber paciente do centro cirúrgico, encaminhar para sala de repouso, orientar sobre a troca de roupa, data de retorno e cuidados pós-operatórios; 13 - Solicitar a cozinha para enviar chá ao paciente;14 - Realizar anotação no sistema MVPEP de todos os cuidados prestados aos pacientes, dar alta e acompanhar até a recepção;15 - Solicitar ao faturamento o fechamento das despesas e prontuário do paciente;16 - Higienizar os equipamentos e o mobiliário na unidade de internação, aos finais de semana, conforme escala ou sempre que necessário;17 - Realizar busca fonada em pacientes de pós-operatório;18 - Realizar procedimento de enfermagem em atendimento em urgência e emergência;19 - Fazer checagem do carrinho de parada, uma vez por mês;20 - Comunicar enfermeira e médico quando pacientes apresentarem alterações clínicas;21 - Realizar controle de insumos, dando saída de medicamentos e solicitando, via sistema, mensalmente, estoque para almoxarifado);22 - Solicitar, via sistema, o estoque semanal de produtos de higiene/limpeza;23 - Conferir, diariamente, a temperatura da geladeira;24 - Realizar dobras dos campos cirúrgicos;25 - Abrir ordem de serviço e/ou ocorrências, quando necessário;26 - Realizar encaminhamento com SOS Salva-vidas ou SAMU aos pacientes com alterações clínicas;27 - Participar de cursos e/ou treinamentos agendados para o setor;28 - Realizar e acompanhar o treinamento na função para os técnicos de enfermagem iniciantes.
