We zoeken een algemeen directeur die met visie, bestuurlijke maturiteit en verbindend leiderschap richting geeft aan de verdere ontwikkeling van HOGENT.

Jouw rol en impact

Als algemeen directeur ben je verantwoordelijk voor de strategische, organisatorische en operationele leiding van HOGENT. Je vertaalt de strategische ambities naar een gedragen beleid en concrete resultaten. Je stimuleert samenwerking tussen de verschillende onderdelen van de hogeschool, zorgt voor een duurzaam beheer van mensen en middelen en vertegenwoordigt HOGENT bij interne en externe stakeholders.

Je combineert participatief en verbindend leiderschap met daadkracht, stimuleert innovatie en organisatieontwikkeling en draagt bij aan kwaliteitsvol en toekomstgericht onderwijs, sterk onderzoek en een duurzame maatschappelijke impact.

Aan welke toelatingsvoorwaarden voldoe je op het moment van je kandidaatstelling?

Je voldoet aan de wettelijke toelatingsvoorwaarden zoals bepaald in artikel V.106 van de Codex Hoger Onderwijs van 20 december 2013. Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een masterdiploma of een gelijkwaardig diploma.
  • Minstens tien jaar relevante en actuele werkervaring, waarvan minstens vijf jaar in een leidinggevende functie.

Welke ervaring en kwaliteiten breng je mee?

Je bent een integere, maatschappelijk betrokken en strategisch sterke leider met een grondige kennis van het Vlaamse hogeronderwijslandschap. Je hebt ruime ervaring met leidinggeven, strategisch management, organisatieverandering en stakeholdermanagement. Je combineert een verbindende en participatieve leiderschapsstijl met daadkracht, bestuurlijke maturiteit en resultaatgerichtheid.

Je onderschrijft de missie, visie en waarden van HOGENT en zet je in voor inclusief, innovatief en duurzaam hoger onderwijs.
