The ideal candidate is a curious, solution‑oriented design technologist who enjoys working across disciplines and helping teams elevate their digital capabilities. They are someone who:

Thrives at the intersection of design, technology, and problem‑solving. Has deep experience with BIM, modeling, or computational tools and can translate technical concepts into practical project workflows. Communicates clearly and collaborates easily with architects, engineers, and project managers. Enjoys mentoring others and takes pride in helping project teams grow and succeed. Is proactive, adaptable, and energized by the challenge of improving digital design processes. Brings both precision and creativity to digital design challenges.

What kind of education and experience are required?

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
