The posting

We currently inviting qualified candidates to join our growing international, dynamic, and creative team in Hong Kong.  RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develops solutions for architectural technical systems and details in support of project design intent.  Explores design studies in 2D and 3D formats to determine optimal solutions.  Coordinates design development, production, and delivery of projects as a technical leader of the project team. Contributes to project delivery strategies, coordinates with external consultants, and supervises production of benchmark documents.  Assists in communicating with client representatives to identify long-term and short-term objectives of the design process.  Manages junior staff, reports to Senior Architect and Technical Director regarding progress and performance of projects.   Reports to Design Director and HOK leadership regarding progress and performance of projects. 

   QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 6 years of architectural work experience, preferably dealing with Construction phase drawings. Registered Architect (HKIA/AIA/RIBA/PRC Equivalent) required. Knowledge of architectural construction methodology and building systems required. Demonstrable skills in technical design solutions required. Fluent in both spoken and written English required.  Proficiency in Revit and strong technical abilities are required. 

US project experience preferred.

LEED accreditation preferred, otherwise LEED AP or GA required within 12 months of employment.
