We are looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our team in Wroclaw. You will work 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday (mandate contract).

As our Receptionist, you’ll help make our office a welcoming, well-organized place to work and visit. You’ll take care of the reception area, support the smooth day-to-day running of the office, and help ensure that information and documents flow efficiently. You’ll also be one of the first people our employees, visitors, and suppliers meet, so your friendly and helpful approach will make a real difference.

Your role:

  • Organizing the reception desk and ensuring its smooth day-to-day operation;
  • Taking care of the order and overall appearance of the office;
  • Purchasing office, catering, and hygiene supplies;
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence;
  • Coordinating courier shipments;
  • Ensuring the efficient circulation of information and documents within the company;
  • Supporting the organization of internal meetings and welcoming visitors;
  • Working closely with different teams across the company and supporting their day-to-day needs.

  • Enjoy working with others and are supportive team player;
  • Are reliable, well-organized, and attentive to detail;
  • Communicate very well in both English and Polish, spoken and written (C1);
  • Have very good working knowledge of MS Office;
  • Are eager to learn, take initiative, and get things done;
  • Are ready to work on-site from our office in Wroclaw;
  • Student status - is a plus but not essential.
