You will ensure consistency across all guest-facing channels—including signage, onboard TV content, printed materials, and the Navigator app—while collaborating with shoreside teams to implement marketing initiatives, manage real-time communications, and optimize performance. This role also oversees reporting on marketing effectiveness and manages print shop cost centers to support operational efficiency and brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As the Manager, Onboard Marketing, you will be a key contributor to delivering a seamless and engaging guest experience across our fleet. In this dynamic shipboard role, you will:

  • Lead Onboard Marketing Execution: Drive the implementation of marketing and communication strategies that elevate the guest experience and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee Guest Communications: Manage all guest-facing messaging, ensuring alignment with brand standards and regulatory requirements. Partner with shoreside teams to develop and approve timely, relevant content.
  • Manage Digital & Print Channels: Oversee content across digital platforms—including onboard TV, signage, the Navigator app, and push notifications—as well as printed materials. Lead print shop operations, including team management, budgeting, and inventory control.
  • Ensure Signage & Collateral Accuracy: Maintain the quality and brand compliance of all onboard signage and printed collateral, coordinating updates and replacements as needed.
  • Support Voyage Planning: Input and validate voyage schedules and onboard events to ensure timely and accurate guest communications.
  • Train and Guide Teams: Provide training on marketing tools and ensure compliance with communication standards, including credit card program guidelines.
  • Execute Strategic Initiatives: Serve as the onboard lead for marketing, public relations, and partnership initiatives—managing asset delivery, messaging rollout, and team coordination.
  • Capture and Curate Content: Coordinate content capture for marketing and PR use, ensuring quality and legal compliance.
  • Engage with Guests: Represent the brand at select guest events and receptions as part of the hotel officer team.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
